Stephenson and Warner, Inc. is a firm dedicated to the highest standards of professionalism and responsibility in all types of accounting and tax services. The firm serves clients ranging from individuals and proprietorships, to corporations and non-profit organizations.

Our History

Stephenson and Warner, Inc. tailors its services to meet the unique demands of each client. The firm began in 1978 when Stanley E. Stephenson, CPA (deceased) and Larry F. Warner, CPA joined together to form the professional corporation. In 1996, Stephenson & Warner, Inc. welcomed Douglas C. Jacobs, CPA and Larry F. Warner Jr, CPA as partners within the firm. Doug retired at the end of 2017 and Bryan Boynton, CPA became a partner. The firm has grown from a small building on Third Street to three convenient locations in Hamilton, Oxford and West Chester.
